With the new online portal, you can:

• View and pay your bills securely.

• Setup automatic payments.

• View multiple utility bills under a singular account.

• Sign up for paperless billing.

How to Get Started

1. Visit https://princevilleutilitieshi.ourcommunityconnect.com

2. Select “Create your accounts”.

3. Enter your email address, password, and phone number.

4. You will need to then verify your email address. A code will be sent to your email.

5. To link your utility account, enter your account number and either your last name or last bill amount.

What if I already enrolled?

If you're currently enrolled in our automatic payments, we highly recommend staying on our existing system to avoid any additional fees.

Please note:

-ACH (bank transfer) payments through the new portal include a $1.00 processing fee.
-Credit/debit card payments include a 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction fee.
- We will continue to accept checks and cash payments at our office.
