Temporary Suspension of Disconnections

Princeville Utilities Co., Inc. is committed to provide safe, affordable and sufficient water service to our members. Customers can be assured that your water is tested on a continuous schedule and continues to meet state and federal drinking water requirements.

During the severity of the COVID 19 crisis and the uncertain impact it may have on our customers, disconnection for non-payment will be suspended until May 1, 2020. Late payment fees will also be suspended until May 1, 2020. Be advised that bill payments have not been waived and past due amounts will grow over time if no payments are made. Please note that regular billing will continue for all customers.
