Hawaii Public Utilities Commission Order No. 37667

Princeville Utilities Co., Inc. (PUCI) understands that customers may need some assistance with past due accounts.

Under the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission (HPUC) Order No. #37667, the moratorium on service disconnections for non-payment for residential and small business customers will end May 31, 2021. All customers with past due accounts must either bring their account current or sign up for a payment plan before that date.

Please call PUCI at 808-826-6100 Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to discuss the payment plans available.
